A continuous loop, not a nightly batch
Streaming Logistics takes what actually happens in the truck and feeds it back into the Intelligent Automation engine. New business comes in, a job cancels, a stop runs long — the system asks the same question all day: is this still optimal? If it isn’t, it makes the change, inside the rules you’ve already set.
The two halves run concurrently and improve each other — not weekly, not at some system-upgrade interval, but automatically, as the day moves.
Demand can arrive whenever
It doesn’t matter when the demand signal shows up, because the system is always working against the real window you have to get things done.
A parcel delivery company has next-day, 10:30 commitments — it has to be done by tomorrow. A lawn care company may have a full quarter to service every household — it can stream work out for months and still be most efficient. Everything in between works the same way. New work drops into the existing plan and fits itself in. Nobody has to make the call.
The dispatcher comes out of the loop
Today, at best, a dispatcher watches a screen and judges whether the day will land — do we reschedule, do we move this stop to that truck? Streaming Logistics takes that requirement off them.
It can move services between trucks or carriers and reschedule on its own, or surface the decision cleanly: here’s what’s different from the plan, here’s the impact, what do you want to do? Either way it’s maximizing what you told it to — whatever governing metrics you choose: cost, mileage, and more. Pull the stops that can wait three days; put back the ones that have to go tomorrow.
It heals, and it learns
The system gets you through today as efficiently as it can. But it’s also learning.
Say we estimate your employee sets up a five-piece patio set in about an hour. As they keep doing it, the turn-by-turn data tells us the truth — they’re really doing it in forty-five minutes, or really taking ninety. That does two things: it flags work that’s out of trend for coaching, and — more importantly — it lets us build every future route off what actually happens, not what we guessed.
